All tools and parts are manufactured with due care and to agreed specifications. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the manufacturer accepts no liability for damage to workpieces, machinery, equipment, or consequential losses arising from use of the tool or part to the extent permitted by law. Special tool guarantee - If in the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your tool, we will replace it free of charge.
