Tool Reconditioning
Longer tool lifespan, shorter delivery times,
cost-effective & sustainable
LONG LIFETIME, UP TO 50% LOWER COST
Most milling and machining tools can be resharpened up to 3 to 4 times. The resharpening itself only costs 1/3 of a new tool. With EdgeRevive this means that tool costs can usually be cut by up to 50%.

Our 5-Step Tool Reconditioning Process
Get your worn tools back to peak performance.
We handle regrinding, recoating, and quality restoration for most tool types, with a simple, efficient process from start to finish. Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks from arrival at our facility.

Prepare Your Tools
Select tools that you would like to recondition, please ensure they are structurally intact.
Use original individual tool packaging where possible, if not available just use common sense to avoid damaging tools further in transit.
